Facemeyer installed my ac many years ago and serviced it for 10 years. Than I had a home warranty from sears which included service. I always watch what they do. The sears techs did nothing. Ferris from Facemeyer checked and cleaned everything. Hugh difference. Sorry I ever went to sears. Now I see why sears is going out of business.
